  • How the cabinetry supports the overall design concept and client lifestyle

  • Cabinetry layout in relationship to backsplash, millwork details, and surrounding finishes

  • Preferred aesthetic—classic, contemporary, or a refined hybrid

  • Material selections evaluated for performance, longevity, and budget considerations

  • Integrated storage and custom features such as pull-outs, appliance garages, and wine storage

  • Finishes, colors, and textures that complement the broader interior palette

Every detail is considered with intention and respect for the design vision. This collaborative foundation ensures cabinetry that integrates seamlessly into the home—thoughtfully engineered, beautifully executed, and aligned with the designer’s creative direction.

Step 3: Design Approval & Project Commitment

Project visualization, with measurements complete, we move into final design refinement and client approval. This is where your cabinetry vision is thoughtfully reviewed, adjusted, and confirmed—down to the finest details.

At this stage:

  • Final drawings and specifications are reviewed and approved

  • Client feedback and revisions are incorporated with care

  • A project deposit secures your place in our production schedule

  • Your installation and production timeline is formally confirmed

Step 5: Build & Fabrication

Step 2: On-Site Measurement & Project Assessment

With a clear understanding of your vision, our team prepares a thoughtfully detailed preliminary bid to outline the scope of your cabinetry project.

This initial review includes:

  • A high-level investment range based on your design goals and project scope

  • Material selections and construction assumptions tailored to your preferences

  • An estimated production timeline to support informed planning

Our goal is complete transparency from the start. This step allows you to comfortably evaluate the investment and align expectations before moving forward—ensuring clarity, confidence, and a seamless experience from the very beginning.

Step 4: Project Management and Coordination

This is where your cabinetry vision is fully realized— down to the finest detail. You’ll receive:

  • Final, detailed renderings and 3D drawings confirming cabinet layout, components, and design intent

  • Verified material selections, finishes, and hardware options

  • Deposit confirmation and project documentation

  • Any final refinements required to ensure design perfection

Behind the scenes, our team carefully reviews and aligns all measurements, specifications, and scope in preparation for production. This step ensures a seamless transition from design to craftsmanship—allowing your cabinetry to integrate effortlessly into your home with precision, elegance, and confidence.

Every cabinet is precisely measured and approved by both the installation manager and the client prior to production and installation.

  • U-shaped under-sink pull-out for 33" or 36" base cabinets

  • One- or two-tier blind corner Cloud Optimizers (BBC42R or BBC42L)

Finishes & Construction

  • Finishes are professionally applied in our spray booth for exceptional durability and rich color depth

  • Available in framed or frameless cabinetry

Once approved, your project officially begins. This commitment allows us to allocate dedicated design time, materials, and craftsmanship—ensuring your custom cabinetry is executed with precision, intention, and the elevated level of service Bella’s is known for.

Step 6: Installation and Final Walk Through

This is the final step—where craftsmanship meets completion.

Bella’s oversees the full installation process, including delivery coordination, on-site logistics, and disposal as needed. We work closely with your dedicated project manager and trusted installation partners to ensure a seamless, well-orchestrated handoff.

What to expect:

  • Cabinetry delivered on the scheduled date, fully prepared for installation

  • Clearly labeled components and organized documentation for efficiency and accuracy

  • Professional installation management with attention to detail at every stage

  • A final walkthrough with you and the lead project manager to confirm a successful installation

  • Final invoice issued following completion of the final walkthrough
