Bella’s Flooring Newsletter – Issue 1
Welcome, Friends! We are pleased to welcome you to our newsletter! We at Bella’s Flooring wanted to take the time to create a space to explore all things flooring and construction, as well as, important maintenance tips and tricks to keep the look of your floors fresh and clean. With over 100+ years of combined experience in the flooring industry, our team has worked on a wide range of projects and mastered every important aspect of flooring. We’re excited to share that knowledge and expertise with you. The goal of these newsletters are to better inform you about new additions to our showroom, exciting community updates, and, of course, pet reports with Juju, our office bulldog. Each newsletter will contain a helpful tip regarding the upkeep of your floors, a brand or collection overview for those interested in revamping their home, and inspiration pictures from recently completed projects. Here at Bella’s we strive to treat every project, no matter the size, like it is our own home and this newsletter will be no different, with care and quality going into each new addition.

Bo Chey – CEO
The captain of the ship! Bo’s expertise, leadership, and laser-sharp attention to detail keep Bella’s Flooring on course. He’s always there to answer questions, guide the team, and ensure clients walk away saying, “WOW.”
David Le – General Manager
The ultimate multitasker and motivator. David keeps every project flowing and every person inspired—basically, he’s the glue that holds Bella’s together (and trust us, it’s strong stuff).
Octavia Bettger – Assistant Project Manager & Front Desk
The friendly face who makes everyone feel at home. Organized, welcoming, and always ready to help, Octavia keeps our office running like clockwork.
Aleks Musatkin – Schedule & Installation Manager
The master of calendars and construction! With over 10 years of subcontractor experience, Aleks speaks both client and installer fluently—making projects feel seamless from start to finish.
Jeff Bettger – Project Manager
A true flooring veteran with 20+ years of construction experience. Jeff is honest, reliable, and all about getting the job done right while staying true to the client’s vision.
Ray Kim – Project Manager
Charisma? Check. Charm? Save Day Response? Double check. Ray makes flooring fun with memorable analogies and genuine care that keeps clients smiling through every step of the process.
Joel Lynch – Project Manager
Focused, driven, and steady as they come. Joel makes sure projects run smoothly, while keeping clients in the loop so there are no surprises—except how amazing the floors look at the end!
